Action: On-site TIG welding carried out to painted 22ga aluminium standing seam roof panels and penetration detail.

Output: Roof detail completed in situ with controlled heat input, maintained seam integrity, and a finished remedial suitable for the live environment.

Environment: External service corridor requiring restricted pedestrian access between occupied buildings.

Problem: Access route required secure control, durable hardware, and managed entry without reliance on a mains-powered access system.

Constraint: Narrow external passage, frequent use, security requirement, and need for reliable off-grid access control hardware.

Action: Installed a secure mesh access gate with mechanical closing, coded entry, and off-grid keypad control suited to the restricted corridor environment.
